The Dashful add-in sends the sheets you pick to Dashful, shows their dashboard in a side panel, keeps it in sync while you work, and puts Dashful's numbers back into cells.

What it does
Pick the sheets
Tick the sheets or Excel tables to use, or the whole workbook. Empty and pivot-looking sheets are skipped.
Approve the dataset once
Dashful's AI proposes how the sheets join, with each join's match rate and a reconciliation check per sheet. You approve it.
See the dashboard in the panel
Build a dashboard from a prompt and read it next to the numbers it came from. Open it in Dashful or publish it when your role allows.
Stays in sync
Changed sheets are sent again about 30 seconds after the last edit, while the workbook is open. Sync now sends at once.
Dashful in your formulas
=DASHFUL.MEASURE returns one measure for a period and filters. =DASHFUL.TABLE spills a dashboard tile's rows.
Insert a tile as a table
Write a tile's rows into a new sheet as an Excel table, with where and when they came from, and refresh it later.
What leaves the workbook
- Only the sheets you pick, as calculated values. Formulas stay in the workbook.
- Nothing is sent when you only open the panel, and syncing can be switched off per workbook.
- Each person signs in with their own Dashful account and sees only what their role allows. Formulas run under the same access.

For firms
A Microsoft 365 admin can deploy the add-in to everyone, or to chosen groups, from the admin center. It shows up on the Home tab in each person's Excel, and each person signs in to Dashful with their own account.
